These users can be ordinary or casual users, who rely on the pre-packaged reports given by the system, or they can be super users, who create custom reports and use the more advanced features of the system for custom analyses. Super users can occur at any level of the organization. An operational level super user is likely to be involved in IT development, while a managerial level super user is more likely to be a business analyst.
