How do NGOs differ from governmental entities?
What will be an ideal response?
NGOs are not a part of a government, nor are they operated through a government; however, they often collaborate with governments as well as other groups as partners in addressing common concerns. While not completely voluntary, they are primarily run by volunteers and are funded by donations.
