What will be an ideal response?
Short-term gain does not mean long-term success. While the company has
remained profitable during the course of the boycott, the real damage many not
be known for years. However, Nestlé has damaged relations with various publics
that may very well play an important role in its future success -- such as potential
employees and government regulators.
