Students can use their imaginations on this task. You should suggest that there be several question of each type. For example, open-ended questions such as “How well does the registration system work for you now?” or “What changes would you like to see in the future?” Closed-ended questions might include “Is the system easy to use?” and a range-of-reponse question might be “Please rate the user interface on a scale of 1 (difficult) to 5 (easy).”
