Differentiate between secularists and cynics as described in Nash and McLennan's coping strategies model

What will be an ideal response?

Secularists are individuals who may not profess a religious faith and have no reason to attempt to integrate their faith in their work. Secularists may prize spiritual values such as human dignity and social responsibility to society. Secularists who are Christians believe in radical separation of business from their faith. Cynics are resigned in their belief that no integration of their religious faith in the world of business is possible. They believe that the influences of the market are just too strong. Their coping strategy separates their business expectations from their religious values.
