Foremost, remember, that inter begins the word interview. Strive to generate a discussion between you and the interviewer. In fact, it is your responsibility to control the agenda. Lead by asking one of the significant questions you prepared as you did your homework for the event. Taking charge is not out of order and may be the first positive indication to the interviewer that you are a "take charge person."
