Any leftover seaweed should be discarded after each client. The sheets and towels should be laundered with hot water and detergent after each use. Clean the insulating sheet by spraying it with alcohol or other disinfectant. It can also be washed with soap and water, but it should still be sprayed with alcohol after that. If brushes were used for the exfoliation, wash them in warm, soapy water and rinse. After rinsing, place them in rubbing alcohol for at least 20 minutes, then let them air dry. The tools can also be washed in a dishwasher. Store them in an airtight container. If the exfoliation was done using a natural substance, any leftover exfoliation mixture should be immediately discarded. All bowls should be washed in warm, soapy water and rinsed between each use. The washcloth or bath scrubby should be either given to the client to take or discarded; it should never be used by more than one client. The towel cabi should be washed out daily and sprayed with disinfectant. Used towels should never be placed back in it. If a crock pot is used, it should be washed in warm, soapy water, rinsed and sprayed with disinfectant after each use.
