Write an essay in which you discuss the ways that Congress can check the judiciary.

What will be an ideal response?

The essay should include how Congress can alter the composition of the judiciary by the kinds of appointments the Senate is willing to confirm; Congress's power to alter the number of judges; and its power to impeach judges. Moreover, Congress can undo Supreme Court decisions interpreting the Constitution by amending that document. It can also repass laws declared unconstitutional; and finally, it can alter the jurisdiction of courts.
