Discuss the use of colors from Illustrator in InDesign.
What will be an ideal response?
When you copy an Illustrator object and paste it in InDesign, the colors applied to the object appear automatically in the InDesign Swatches panel whenever the document is open. This is a great way to incorporate a color palette into other InDesign elements, such as text, frame borders, and other InDesign objects. When placing an Illustrator object into InDesign, the Illustrator object is placed as a bitmap image. Its colors cannot be modified in InDesign and they are not added to the InDesign Swatches panel.
