Can you tell if your hard disks are formatted with FAT32 or NTFS? Does it matter?

What will be an ideal response?

Yes, MSINFO32 will tell you which type of formatting was used on your disks. This is important for many reasons. For example, FAT32 cannot handle single files larger than about 4 GB. If you are creating a single backup file from a typical computer, it will probably be larger than 4 GB and cannot be stored on a FAT 32 partition. It will need to be stored on a NTFS partition.
