Describe the characteristics of a person described as a life-course-persistent delinquent

What will be an ideal response?

This is a person who shows a pattern of delinquent behavior from birth onward. It is hypothesized that they show neuropsychological deficits early that are evident in having a difficult temperament in infancy. They also have a high likelihood of ADHD and learning disabilities. They are more likely to grow up in a high-risk environment. When they reach adolescence, these problems all exacerbate and they become highly likely to engage in criminal activity.
