What is the Resultant Set of Policy (RSoP) utility, and what are the two modes of usage supported?

What will be an ideal response?

Resultant Set of Policy (RSoP) is used to make the implementation and troubleshooting of Group Policies much simpler for an administrator. When multiple Group Policies are applied, configuration settings and conflicts can be difficult to track. RSoP can query the existing policies that are in place and then provide reports and the results of policy changes. RSoP supports two modes: planning and logging. Planning mode generates a report and provides the result of proposed policy changes. Logging mode generates a report based on the current policies in place and provides the resulting policy settings.
