Explain why communication is never neutral.

What will be an ideal response?

Communication is never neutral because it always conveys the perspective or
worldview of the person sending a message. Your communication with people presents
them with a way of looking at the world that is based on how you prefer them to see it.
Your message would convey information, which is representational, while at the same
time providing a glimpse into your perspective and how you want people to view a particular situation, which is presentational.
