What will be an ideal response?
Focus: focus on a few key points and present ideas one at a time. Layout: use landscape rather than portrait format, use left-margin alignment, use bullets or numbers to highlight key points, use no more than six words per line, compose your text in the top half or two-thirds of your slide or document, with no more than six lines per page. Fonts: use strong, straight fonts, use no more than two fonts per page or screen, select a font size large enough to be read from back row. Color and Art: use color to enhance your presentational aids, limit the number of colors in your presentational aids, avoid "chartjunk." Animations and Clips: use the "insert" option to add animations and video clips to your presentational aids, use brief animations and video clips to illustrate your points.
