What is the difference between a high Fowler’s position and an orthopneic position?

What will be an ideal response?

The resident, in the high Fowler’s position, is sitting almost upright with the knees flexed. In the orthopneic position, the overbed table is positioned in front of the resident so he can lean forward with his arms on the table. A pillow supports his head.
