What will be an ideal response?
In NAT mode, the guest OS is allowed to access the Internet, but no other hosts using the same mode. In NAT network mode, a home router is essentially simulated, thus allowing the guest OS to access the Internet, as well as any other guests that are utilizing this mode on the host machine.
