What will be an ideal response?
Answer: Summary of suggested answer - AIDS programs are of growing importance due to the spread of AIDS and workers' concerns. Recent surveys show it is a major concern for employees. OSHA issued the Blood borne Pathogens Standards for workplaces where workers may come in contact with bodily fluids and enforces those standards. ADA requires employers to make reasonable accommodation for employees that are HIV-positive. It also limits the questions employers may ask in the interviewing process.
