Under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), minors who disaffirm their contracts involving goods:

a. must return the consideration received even if the goods have been stolen from them (in such a situation, the minor must return like kind or value).
b. must return the consideration received even if the goods have been consumed (in such a situation, the minor must return like kind or value).
c. can reclaim the goods from third parties.
d. can no longer reclaim those goods from innocent third parties.
