evacuation, while pro-life advocates use the term partial birth abortion. Explain why you think that each side is attempting to frame the argument using their terms.
Each side is using the term that best suits its needs in the attempt to sway public opinion. Intact dilation and evacuation sounds like a medical procedure and is not particularly descriptive to the layperson of what is happening. The pro-life side prefers to use late term abortion because it is descriptive and leads to horrific mental images.
