Provide three ways.

What will be an ideal response?

Make notes on several things the speaker is doing well and what could be changed
to have a stronger impact; Offer your feedback in the spirit of helping the speaker improve;
Treat others the way you would like to be treated, and offer others the type of feedback
that you would like to receive to help you improve. Construct your evaluations to offer a
