What will be an ideal response?

The conversational tone is used in most business communication—plain language that sounds businesslike without being stuffy at one extreme or too laid-back and informal at the other extreme. You can achieve a tone that is conversational but still businesslike by understand the difference between texting and writing, avoiding stale and pompous language, and avoiding preaching and bragging. Additionally, a writer should be careful with intimacy and humor.
