CSR is good for an organization's human resources, brand differentiation, and public relations (reputation and trust). Explain how this is so

What will be an ideal response?

A strong CSR program can help an organization recruit the best and brightest
employees and retain strong performers, aiding human resources. When a company can build a
social value into its products or services, it creates a unique selling proposition, which aids brand
differentiation. Companies with excellent CSR programs enjoy more trust with the public than
companies that don't, which makes the work of the public relations team easier when dealing
with the media, regulators, and other community entities.
