Describe the types of modifications you can make to Web Parts

There are three major modification groups for Web Parts. In the Appearance category, you can display or change the title, alter the height or width, change whether the Web part appears minimized (Chrome State), and whether the title or border are displayed (Chrome Type). The Layout category enables you to hide the Web Part, change the direction of the text and data in the Web part, and determine which zone the Web Part is in and its relationship to other Web Parts in the zone (Zone Index). The Advanced category contains settings for enabling the user to adjust the layout, the display properties of the title, the Help options, the display of icon images on the title bar and catalog, and the error messages provided to the user as he or she works on the page.
