Sit up straight, do not chew gum or bite your fingernails, and try to relax. Concentrate on each question and think before you answer. Put your best critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to work, and answer questions to the best of your ability. It is okay to ask questions, but avoid asking questions that are already answered in the printed material made available to you in advance. Give some thought to how you would respond to questions about pay and benefit requirements, just in case those types of questions are asked during your first interview.
