Explain the orientation phase.

What will be an ideal response?

In the orientation phase, you provide the audience members with any information
you believe will allow them to better understand and appreciate the material you will
present in the body of your presentation. The actual information you include will vary
according to your topic and the audience. It could include definitions of unfamiliar terms
you will use during your presentation. A brief explanation of what the topic entails might
benefit the audience, as might an overview of the historical development of an issue.
