Patient was playing softball. He is the captain of his company's softball team. He had just hit a line drive and was attempting to make it to second base when he collided with the second baseman and fell. When he tried to stand back up, he felt intense pain in the lower right leg and had to be carried off the field. He was brought to the urgent care center for diagnosis and treatment. X-rays
