What will be an ideal response?

Job satisfaction or dissatisfaction is an attitude that reflects the extent to which an individual is gratified by or fulfilled in his or her work. Research conducted on job satisfaction has indicated that personal factors such as an individual's needs and aspirations determine this attitude along with group and organizational factors such as relationships with co-workers and supervisors and working conditions, work policies, and compensation. Effective leaders have the ability to motivate and inspire workers to help them satisfy their needs and work.
