What is the difference between setting restrictions on formatting and editing?
What will be an ideal response?
For formatting restrictions, users are not allowed to modify the formatting or styles. For instance, character formatting tools, such as bold and font size are not available. However, users are allowed to change the content in the document. On the other hand, editing restrictions specify certain limits for users to modify a document. For instance, you may set editing restrictions to tracked changes, inserting comments, or restricting data entry to protected fields.
