What view will you see when the Report Wizard is done creating a report? What is thedifference between Report view, Layout view, Design view, and Print Preview when youare creating a report? Which view will show you the most accurate picture of what yourprinted report will look like? In which views do you see the data?
What will be an ideal response?
When the Report Wizard completes, it shows the report in Print Preview. Report view provides an interactive view of your report where you can filter data or copy data from the report to the clipboard. Layout view allows you to change basic design features of the report while the report data is showing. Design view allows you to change many aspects of the report design but you do not see the data in this view. Print preview is the view that allows you to see exactly what your report will look like when printed. In all views except Design view, you see the data.
