Explain possible positive and negative outcomes of conflict
What will be an ideal response?
When managed well and understood, conflict can lead to a better understanding of group members and issues, better involvement and motivation, better decisions and greater group cohesion. Too much conflict can create tension and disagreement, which can lead to personal attacks on individual
members, reduce benefits, hurt others, create avoidance and ultimately can disband the group.
