What will be an ideal response?

First, leadership is a part of our everyday lives because we interact in groups (community, social, religious) that rely on some form of leadership to continue and function. Also, we are all leaders and followers at different times depending on the context, sharing some responsibility for group outcomes. Finally, leaders are made, not born, so we can learn about and improve our leadership skills.
