Create a hypothesis about how planning and scheduling a vacation during the busiest time of the season can affect the productivity of the practice. Support your hypothesis with reasons and examples

What will be an ideal response?

Answers will vary but should include some or all of the following points:
Team members will not appreciate it if you are not there when you are most needed, during the busiest season. A regular staff member of a dental practice who is away on vacation during a busy time of year can throw the office into chaos and cost it time and money. A temporary replacement will not be as effective as the office's regular administrator, and since a busy season means a lot of patients, this can cause numerous problems with scheduling, office management, and the ability to locate patient files in a timely manner. Your team members will be spending their time trying to do your job as well as their own, and this will mean less available time to treat patients.
