Define the concept of time orientation. What are its implications for project leadership behavior?

What will be an ideal response?

Time orientation refers to the temporal context or space to which an individual is oriented. Each of us has a natural tendency to focus on one of three time orientations: past, present, or future. Time orientation is a useful concept to consider when developing project management skills because while we each have an orientation, each of these orientations has its own advantages and drawbacks for project management. Further, as part of a project management team, we must work with others that may have a different orientation.
