Explain the relationship between one-to-one marketing and CRM
What will be an ideal response?
One-to-one marketing is the concept of the company identifying and then addressing the specific needs and demands of its individual customers. The key to doing this is the implementation of CRM, customer relationship management. CRM helps companies get to know customers in as much detail as possible, differentiate among these customers, and then interact with customers in more cost-efficient and effective ways. Finally, a CRM system will help a company customize some or all aspects of its goods and services based on what has been learned through customer interactions.
