What is the difference between experience-expectant and experience-dependent development?

Experience-expectant development refers to experiences the brain has evolved to "expect" (such as attachment to
caregivers), whereas experience-dependent development deals with experiences that are more unique to that
particular individual (such as which language his or her family speaks).
