Forms provide an easy to use interface for nontechnical users. What are some features of forms that you can use to make forms easier to use?
What will be an ideal response?
You can add buttons to forms to navigate to other records, or to open and close other forms and then you can turn off the navigation bars to force users to use the buttons. You can change the default values for specific fields, and remove the tab stop from those fields so the user skips them when they use the tab key. You can also lock a field so it cannot be changed at all.
Colors and special effects like sunken fields can also make a form more visually appealing and easier to navigate. You can also add a tab control to include more information on one form.
