What is the concept of 'content-first designs?'? What questions must you ask when applying this concept?

What will be an ideal response?

?As you are building responsive designs, you must think carefully about your content and users' needs when they come to your site on different devices. In some instances, such as the activity later in this chapter, you may be adapting an existing web page that was designed for a desktop or laptop device and making it responsive to smaller devices. Which elements of the design will you keep for the smaller screens? If you have the opportunity to build a responsive design from the ground up, where will you start? Will you create the mobile design first and then add enhancements as screen space increases for tablets and desktop devices? Which elements are the most crucial to a user on smaller devices? All of these considerations come into play when building for multiple devices.
