In which ways is heat transferred from and to the body when submerged in water?

What will be an ideal response?

Heat moves from an area of high concentration to an area of low concentration due to direct contact between the water and the submerged body (conduction). To a greater extent heat is transferred by convection due to water movement around the body and body movement within the water.
