No expectant parent likes to think about it, but birthing complications do occur. Your text discusses the birthing problems of malpresentation and fetal distress

Define each of those terms and then give at least two examples of complications that could occur in each category.
What will be an ideal response?

Malpresentation is the improper positioning of the fetus in the mother's uterus. One malpresentation complication is breech position, where the buttocks or the feet are the lowest in the uterus. Another malpresentation complication is transverse position, where the baby lies sideways inside the uterus. Fetal distress is a condition that indicates that the fetus is at risk. Examples of fetal distress can includ: anoxia (sudden lack of oxygen), change in heart rate, or change in respiration.
