Explain in detail how to manage events with the Calendar app.
What will be an ideal response?
The Calendar app lets you schedule time for completing specific tasks, appointments, meetings, vacations, holidays, or any other activity. You can adjust the Calendar view to show events using the Day, Week, or Month format. Creating events is simple: just click or tap on the date that you want and add your new event details. You can specify to which calendar to add the event, where and when the event takes place, how long the event will last, how often the event occurs, whether you want a reminder notice, your status (Free, Busy, Tentative, Out of office, or Working elsewhere), and whether to make the event private. When you specify a reminder notice, Calendar displays a Windows notification which you can select to display the event. If the event is a meeting, you can invite contacts to attend. Calendar comes with multiple calendars for different purposes, which include Main (with the username), Birthday, Personal, Holidays, and Work. Each calendar uses a different color for easy identification and use. You can show or hide calendars to focus on the events most important to you. The Birthday calendar even includes notices coming from social networks.
