How does a curriculum vitae (CV) differ from that of a resume?

What will be an ideal response?

The curriculum vitae is used for several reasons, one of which is overseas job hunting. The standard CV is between
four and eight pages long and may contain personal information, references, and detailed education information. In
most cases, it will include a recent picture.
A resume is usually no more than two pages and doesn't include personal information, references, and a picture. In
a resume, the information is presented in short phrases and uses a bullet format. In a CV, more detailed information
is given and may be summarized in paragraph form.
