What will be an ideal response?
Student answers will vary. However, the job description is a formal statement that includes job responsibilities, the conditions under which the job will be performed, etc. These are not to be confused with job specifications, which are the skills, education, experience, and personal attributes that the candidate must possess to successfully fulfill the role.
