What will be an ideal response?

Answer: Leadership is necessary to create and direct change at an organization by influencing and motivating its members. Management, on the other hand, is more concerned with everyday administrative activities in order to bring stability to and obtain reliable results from the organization. A person can be a manager, a leader, both, or neither.
