What are cybersquatters? How do firms resolve problems with cybersquatters?

What will be an ideal response?

Cybersquatters are people or firms who try to register domain names of established organizations or famous people and then sell back the names to their owners at inflated prices. The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) operates an arbitration program to reduce this problem. Although victims are usually successful in reclaiming their property–they win about 85 percent of the cases adjudicated by WIPO–cybersquatting has not gone away.
