Discuss strategies to keep the Layers panel manageable
What will be an ideal response?
If you add many layers to your composition and apply many adjustments to those layers, the Layers panel might become unwieldy. You can organize your layers by grouping them and color-coding them, but it can be tempting to go overboard when you do. For example, if you have one each of many different kinds of layers (shapes, text, adjustment), you should ask yourself whether it’s worth the time and effort to change the color properties or even the name of each layer. Each composition will dictate its own best practice. As you continue to familiarize yourself with Photoshop, you’ll develop the insight you need to be able to determine which tools you should use in each situation.
