What are the biblical views on fairness in the employment relationship?

What will be an ideal response?

In a biblical covenant relationship, all parties look out for the interests of the others because each has equal status with God. Covenant requires that the employer treat employees with fairness whether deciding wages, promotion, recognition, or anything else. Covenant also requires the employee to be honest and fair with the employer. Stealing money, supplies, material, inventory, or equipment from the employer is wrong for three reasons. The Bible also encourages application of the commandments, integrity, and fairness at all levels of the employment relationship.
