What will be an ideal response?

Questionnaires allow one to gather quantitative data quickly and efficiently.
Participants are provided the same directions and questions in a standardized manner.
Researchers that use questionnaires should be concerned with the possibility of
response sets, poor or inaccurate memory on the part of the participant, and the
inability to garner a deep insight regarding behaviors/thoughts assessed on the
measure. Interviews, on the other hand, allow the researcher to gather rich, qualitative
data that might provide more insight or context to the research question. However, such
data may be difficult to code and the interview may require a trained assessment
person. Similar to the problems inherent with questionnaire methods, researchers that
use interviews should be concerned with presentational bias.
