Side effects:
Grogginess, blurred vision, dry mouth, cognitive slowing

Extrapyramidal symptoms
Akinesia: Motor slowing, expressionless face, monotone

Tardive dyskinesia: Various repetitive, involuntary movements, including of the: tongue, face, mouth, jaw; may involve smacking, puckering, or pursing of the lips, excessive eye blinking, and making sucking / chewing movements

Side effects reduce adherence
