which would be used for persuasive speeches. Provide examples of topics for each that would fall into the
respective categories you suggest.

Informative speeches would most likely use topical division, chronological division, spatial
division, causal division, pro-con division, and mnemonic division. Persuasive speeches would most
likely use problem-solution division, need-plan division, and a variation of the pro-con division with an
assessment point added to the pro-con. (Examples for the divisions will vary greatly.)
