After the patient was positioned, the testicular area was regionally anesthetized. The testis were pulled and held firmly to stretch the scrotal skin. The epididymis was positioned away from the biopsy site, and the scrotal skin was incised. The tissue was dissected to visualize the testis. Two sutures were placed in the mass area, and the tissue between the sutures was biopsied. The incision was closed.
